Il principio di base \u00e8 l\u2019utilizzo della forza di gravit\u00e0 per far scorrere una pedana su binari ed ottenere esercizi ad intensit\u00e0 variabile molto differenti tra loro, in cui il peso del corpo diviene il mezzo per ottenere il proprio allenamento.<\/p>\n<p>Per gli arti superiori si afferrano apposite maniglie collegate a cavi che permettono un\u2019infinita serie di esercizi a movimento libero e naturale.
